Join BWYC for Moms & Mocktails, a workshop dedicated to holding space for BIPOC moms and caregivers to heal together.
Come enjoy a 45-min yoga flow meditation led by Jonelle Lewis. Then take time to reflect with journal prompts and a guided conversation circle. We’ll focus on embracing your journey through motherhood and giving yourself permission to show up unapologetically as the woman you are. Enjoy custom crafted mocktails and take home a new journal to continue your reflection practice!
