Yin Masterclass with Jonelle Lewis

Yin Yoga is a practice to create equilibrium and open the body through supported postures. These long-hold postures with deep breathing are a doorway to stillness, insights, and repair. It is a perfect complement to active lives and yoga practices and suitable for practitioners of all levels. 

This masterclass will be practice-based and will include a long-form Yin Yoga practice with Qi Gong and meditation. There will also be time for questions, self-reflection, and journaling. 

The focus will be on energetics, anatomy, and the archetypal Yin postures for the season.

We welcome folks who are curious about Yin Yoga, seasoned practitioners, and yoga teachers looking for some ‘Yinspiration.’
