Rachel Hirsch
Co-Founder
Rachel first fell in love with yoga during university in Austin, Texas and has been exploring her practice ever since.
Having completed 1,000+ hours of training since qualifying in 2015, Rachel’s classes are vibrant and thoughtful, and combine creative sequencing with attention to alignment.
Expect strength based vinyasa flows built around music and breath, which blended with her spirit and laughter makes class playful and energizing.
Rachel’s guidance allows you to build strong practices and strong community at the same time, with purpose and presence.

Chris Magee
Co-Founder
Originally from Ireland, Chris found yoga 14 years ago whilst living in London. Initially as a means to rehabilitate his body from years of rugby related injuries - he eventually connected more deeply to the mental and philosophical side of the practice - leaving each lesson happier and healthier than when he arrived.
Yoga changed Chris’ life for the better, and he decided he needed to share this gift with everyone.
His class is always fun, challenging and dynamic. You will be encouraged to explore, play and test your boundaries physically and mentally, and ultimately take those lessons we learn on the mat and apply them to how we live our lives.

Jonelle Lewis
Co-Owner
Jonelle began practicing yoga as part of her path to awakening and healing, and when teaching invites her students to do the same.
She believes in peoples need to truly see and connect to themselves, and uses the paths of yoga, meditation and ritual to help facilitate that. Journeying together side by side, teaching and learning from one another.
Expect creativity and fun challenges as you explore and play within her mandala styled classes.

Mel Douglas
Mel is an inspiring teacher and founder of the Black Women's Yoga Collective and is the product of her love for black women, yoga, and community.
In developing her personal yoga and wellness practice, it became impossible to ignore the lack of faces who looked like her in the wellness industry. Mel believes that everyone deserves access to wellness and that healing is a radical act.
She practices and teaches yoga to empower herself and serve others in accessing their own power. It is her hope that we can uplift each other and connect for a higher purpose as a community.

Kyle Miller
Kyle is an internationally renowned senior teacher and has been a presence in the Los Angeles yoga community for many years.
She has been teaching, studying and living yoga since 2007. She uses the practice to share tools for consciousness and joy.
In her classes expect spherical movement, classical postures, alchemical breathwork and plenty of humor! She draws influence from her extensive study at Jivamukti and Katonah Yoga, from the classical yogic texts, Daoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Kiley Motley
Kiley’s mission is to empower as many people as possible - helping you discover that you are stronger than you think, both on and off the mat! She creates a space for students to experience raw human connection, feel freedom in their bodies, and step into the most authentic version of themselves, knowing that who they are is enough.
Kiley began teaching in NYC in 2016, then spent 5 years in Denver, before making her way to LA!
Expect sweat and smiles as she brings the heat in her power and core flow classes.

Nicolette Ficchi
Nicolette is an LA based reiki master, yoga teacher and health coach. Her mission is to support people in releasing feelings of stress, anxiety and overwhelm in order to live more blissful, balanced lives.
After years of living and working in New York City with a high-stress lifestyle, Nicolette was burnt out . Struggling with hormonal imbalances and digestive issues, she decided to take her health into my own hands, using the tools and techniques discovered through meditation, yoga and reiki. The combination of holistic wellness modalities led her to experience a deep transformation on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Nicolette is now passionate about sharing these practices so others might experience the same.

Elyse DiBartolo
Elyse found her love for yoga after walking into a Rocket class post college. Movement was always a part of her life coming from a dance and athletic background. Originally from the Jersey Shore she spent her days going upside down at the beach. Her playfulness comes out in her classes where she encourages everyone to invert themselves once a day.
Over years of consistent practice she believes yoga can strengthen your body and ease your mind. Her class gives you the opportunity to develop a solid yoga practice and challenge yourself. Elyse first started teaching in Washington, DC in 2017 where she later owned a power & rocket yoga studio until moving to LA in 2022. You can expect upbeat playlists, hands on assists, and a powerful flow in her classes.

Liz Stern
Liz's journey with yoga at a young age during her time as a competitive figure skater. The practice provided her with a deeper mind, body, and spirit connection, but most importantly, she always felt at home with herself.
Yoga made her feel safe, strong, and empowered. She has over 700 hours of training during her nearly 7 years of teaching, and enters every session with the goal of helping others discover more about themselves through yoga and wellness. Drawing on her experience as a competitive athlete she offers intentional alignment-based yoga for mobility, injury prevention, pain management, and self-discovery. She hopes to inspire others to find more confidence, love, and appreciation for themselves through the practice.

Synthea Gonzales
Synthea found yoga & meditation as a lifeline to help guide and navigate her through her early years and childhood trauma.
Although her initial training is rooted in Vinyasa, she has since refined her teachings to incorporate Yin & Restorative alongside her ever expanding exploration of sound healing and guided meditation.
Through her own experiences & healing, she utilizes these tools to serve others in exploring their own autonomy, healing, & truths.

Katherine Bradshaw
Katherine believes yoga is for everyone and can be accessed anywhere. She infuses her vinyasa classes with mindfulness practices, self-compassion practices, and yogic philosophy.
Her seamless style of assisting students into the body-mind connection, while keeping movement flowing, results in inspiring classes and an integrative healing experience.
Her technique focuses on harmonizing the inner and outer worlds, leaving students feeling grounded, relaxed, and open.

Drew Muse
Drew began her yoga journey in 2010 to treat her scoliosis and reduce anxiety in school.The practice evolved into a want to share these techniques with others, which she now facilitates as a multi-certified yoga teacher and meditation guide.
As well as guiding public classes she loves to host wellness events, classes and retreats.
Drew’s classes carry a wonderful energy as she combines her love of wellness, community, and creativity all in one place.

Alexandra Fratella
Born and raised in New York, Alex has been an athlete since the age of 5. While competing in soccer and track throughout her youth, Alex frequently found herself facing injuries. She took her first yoga class at the age of 18, and immediately found that it offered a path towards a better relationship between her and her body.
After moving to Los Angeles, yoga became her passion: a way of exercising not only her body, but her mind and soul as well. After completing her first teacher training, she discovered a deep love for helping others experience this passion as well.
In her classes, expect artfully designed vinyasa sequences that incorporate dynamic movement, breath awareness, spirituality and feel good music.

Ro Overton
Ro hails from the vibrant city of Detroit, Michigan, and first discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2017.
Specializing in "Hip-Hop & R&B yoga classes," she seamlessly blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with the rhythmic beats of hip-hop and R&B. Ro believes in the ability of music to bring joy, aiming to create an uplifting and positive atmosphere during her classes as a means to counterbalance the chaos of the world.
In her role as a yoga teacher, Ro's mission transcends the physical practice. She is committed to cultivating a safe and inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds can embark on their unique journeys of healing and transformation.

Cici Pringle
Cici is a Los Angeles native that has been immersed in the practice of yoga for over 8 years. Exploring and embracing various styles that have deeply enriched her life. During some of her toughest times, yoga became a transformative refuge that brought her back to her true self.
She is passionate about the holistic benefits that yoga offers for the mind, body, and spirit. She embraces the challenges the practice presents, knowing that through each asana and breath, profound growth can be found. Her classes are a fusion of mindfulness and movement, creating an opportunity for students to explore their own limits, cultivate self-awareness, and embrace their unique strengths.

Naomi Zelin
Naomi’s interest in yoga began back in 2008 after a snowboarding injury landed her in hospital with a fractured spine. She used yoga initially as a method of physical therapy, and it wasn’t long before it translated to a better connection with her mind, body, and the world. From there, Naomi headed down a path to learn all about Western and Eastern healing modalities.
As a holistic psychotherapist, she brings a blended approach to her yoga practice. With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, over 500 hours of somatic and yoga certifications and reiki level 2, expect playful but potent classes that will keep your body and mind asking for more!

Stephanie Tan
Stephanie discovered her love for yoga in 2015, shortly after graduating UCLA. Originally from Singapore, she now calls Los Angeles home! After practicing yoga for 7 years, Stephanie decided to deepen her commitment by completing her Yoga Teacher Training.
Fuelled by her love and enthusiasm for the practice, she is excited to share the transformative power of yoga with others. Her classes are characterized by fluid sequences, mindful breathwork, and an emphasis on building strength and flexibility. Stephanie creates a welcoming and inclusive space where students of all levels can explore the practice and discover the profound benefits of yoga.
