Prenatal Yoga Workshop Series

Join us for a 4-week, all-levels prenatal yoga series rooted in therapeutics.

Sunday, May 19 & 26, June 2 & 9

We will work in a sequential fashion, activating key areas of our bodies through standing and balancing poses, modified twists and backbends to culminate in a blissful restorative and pranayama practice. You can book each session individually, or Mamas-to-be are encouraged to sign up for the full series, where we will:

  • Learn to activate essential areas of the body, creating the optimal environment for baby's in utero development 

  • Learn actions that create space for baby, encourage circulation to the womb, and prevent (or relieve) the discomforts pregnancy can bring

  • Learn a safe, supported practice to ensure stability in the poses and to cultivate a quiet nervous system

  • Learn how to set up supportive and deeply relaxing restorative poses with an intro to pranayama (breath control)

Weekly class description:

Week One will focus on establishing a firm foundation through standing poses as we work to activate the spine, energize our bodies and quiet the mind.
