We’ll kick things off with 30 minutes of Athletic Pilates on the mat — Pilatesmith's signature style that fuses Pilates with low-impact cardio for a total-body workout. You’ll sculpt, tone, and strengthen from head to toe, using props to intensify the burn and keep your heart rate up. Expect upbeat energy, powerful movements, and plenty of sweat! Then we’ll slow things down with 30 minutes of vinyasa slow flow, transitioning into a soothing yin-style deep stretch. You'll move with your breath, melt into long-held poses, and leave feeling grounded, open, and recharged. Whether you come for the burn, the bliss, or both — this class is your perfect balance of strength and surrender!
